Why Use Us?
7-Day Turnaround
Our 4-Module Logic Engine allows us to move from data extraction to final report in 7 business days.
2026 NZ Calibrated
Every report factors in the current OCR environment and local New Zealand market multipliers.
Pure-Play Independence
We don't sell businesses or offer tax advice. Our reports are unbiased and defensible in any boardroom.
No "success fees" or percentages. You pay a simple, transparent fee for a professional report. This ensures our valuation is driven by market data, not the desire to close a deal.
We don’t list businesses, we don’t chase commissions and we don't offer tax or accountancy advice. Our only goal is to provide an accurate, independent valuation that stands up to scrutiny.
Our reports are calibrated for the 2026 New Zealand SME landscape. We use real-world benchmarks for owner salaries and risk, ensuring your valuation is grounded in the current Kiwi economy.

Fixed-Fee Clarity
What Is The Process?
We’ve engineered a streamlined, 7-day workflow designed to provide SME owners with professional clarity without the traditional corporate delay.
Once you accept and pay our fixed-fee quote of $1,250 + GST, you’ll receive a secure link to upload your financial data (typically 3 years of P&L and Balance Sheets), and a business questionnaire.
We prioritize data security and absolute confidentiality from the moment you connect.
To maintain absolute independence as a Valuation Specialist, our fixed fee of $1,950 + GST is payable upon engagement.
This ensures our findings remain objective, clinical, and compliant with IVS 2025 standards, providing you with a truly defensible document for your ongoing strategy.
We use our proprietary logic engine to move through four rigorous stages:
Risk Scorecarding: We assess your business across 4 key pillars—including owner dependency and revenue security—to determine a market-accurate multiplier.
Valuation Calculation: We apply the multiplier and perform a cash-flow "sanity check" against the current NZ Reserve Bank OCR.
Asset Reconciliation: We distinguish tangible assets from intangible goodwill to ensure a balanced final figure.
Before the final report is issued, we will hold a 15-minute discovery call or we can arrange a meeting to discuss our findings and ensure all "hidden value" in your operations has been captured accurately.
Within 7 business days of receiving your data, you will receive your IVS (International Valuation Standards) 2025-compliant, 10-page Independent Valuation Report.
This document is a "Boardroom Ready" tool for negotiations, succession planning, or internal strategy.

About Us
We saw a gap in the New Zealand market between $500 broker appraisals and $15,000 plus corporate reports. Our mission is to provide SME owners with the technical rigour of a Big 4 firm at a price point that makes sense for local businesses.
